What you think is irrelevant OP. If you would like to pay for them and support them we will send them to Trinidad.
They knowingly and willfully broke our law.
They should all be deported. It is by far the wisest move we could make. They are costing us a fortune. I'd rather spend that money on deportations... we need to show by example that breaking our immigration law will result in consequences.

they were not here illegally - they were Hessian soldiers. Many did return to Germany. Some stayed. I don;t think we even had an immigration policy yet to speak of at that time.
I don't think anyone in this day and age wants to deny LEGAL immigrants the chance to be in America. I have a lot of respect for immigrants who have enough respect to enter the country legally.

I have some data that $11.50 per hour is the lowest pay in USA and also
that $8 are payed to the "invited" students from my country for work for 2-3 months. So American job givers must have a substantial additional profit from all that immigrants/students work.
Wild/pure capitalism in action :-).

Over here they have cut the cost of building work.
Also they do the work no one else will do.
Its a tough life but it was tougher for them back were they came from.
