Legalise them or amnesty. We can't stop drugs getting through the border and therefore we shouldn't police the border(many now say). So why can't we have the same attitude towards the war against orcs as we do in the war on drugs? If our defences are weak and lacklustre then we should abandon these defences and condemn posterity to its unenviable fate.
Don't people realise that we can avoid criminality by legalising crime? Through the legalisation of murder and theft we could dramatically reduce the the crime rate and the prison population. And based on the Amsterdam model of the cannabis cafe I put forward the radical idea of introducing slaughter cafes. A place where people can go to relieve tension and indulge their habit, and after a few weeks butchering people they'll probably get rather bored with it and go on to lead happy and productive lives.

The man deserves the fine. Hopefully the illegal ones are sent back home where they belong. Period.

If a human cannot be apt enough to detect the presence of another person in his truck, then maybe installing a system for that would be a solution, detector,,,i'm sure it's doable,,, not too long ago an illegal immigrant was runned down and got killed in the tunnel, one was electricuted ,,, it's a serious problem,,,a lot are still on the way/coming.
