The first video I could not see it even using 2 different browsers I might try later.
One of the themes on Día de Muertos altars is the missing of the 43 students murdered last year by some county-police in agreement with criminals
On another angle: Mexico City gets really on the mood of Todos Santos (All saints = Día de Muertos= Xantolo = ) I was there last year and it was just amazing. There are other places where they celebrate Día de Muertos in an impressive way, like lake Patzcuaro (Michoacán state) and the "Xantolo" Huasteca Potosina (San Luis Potosí state) but do expect huge crowds there and reservations should made in advance if anyone wants to find a place to stay.
