Aragorn11: Yeah maybe. He likes to let players evolve and grow, and am guessing he would have thought Ramsey or Wilshire would have evolved by now. Injuries have not helped either of them and when you are in and out of the team it's hard to lead, but they both have that steel if needed. There's a fiery side to Zhaka too.
Think Kante is a great signing for you guys.
Will be interested to see your defensive shape as Conte will want that unit to be solid from day one.

You think the Lukaku rumours are true ?

I was a little sceptical about Conte but after seeing his Aylesbury of play & organisation skills, I'm a lot more confident ..

Haven't seen the news today... What Lukaku rumours ?dunno laugh

I think attitude of players and manager can win out over any money.

I think they may need some talent too, but yeah, I get your point.
Really like the mgr Ranieri and thought he got a rough deal at Chelsea when he was last in Premiership so was delighted for him. He gets players playing for him. They will miss Kante, who I thought was their best player last year.

Obviously talent helps.

But talent is wasted on some of those pretty boys who couldn't be bothered even running for the ball because they are so precious and spoilt.

Give me 5% less talent and 5% more work ethic and determination any day.

Because they are not encouraged or expected to be any other way.

They should change the whole system and make it about the love of the game and playing the game instead of money.

But Rupert Murton and his ilk won't allow that.

I think that Murdochs money will always be there fortunately or unfortunately.
That's when a good manager comes in, getting people to play for each other.
Also its not just about buying teams and I think clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal especially like to give youth a chance and bring players through.

Looking at Toure for City last season I was disgusted. One of the best midfielders in the world walking around sulking. I would have dropped him.

Yeah, I like the ones who give the members who have come up through the ranks a fighting chance.

Arsenal is the best team to watch when they are playing well.

And the most frustrating to watch when playing badly.

And they do both so welllaugh
