Actually Trump can pardon himself and he may be stupid,foolish, and/or treacherous and/or desperate enough to try it. The constitution doesnt specifically say he cant. In the end its a political question no president has been low and traitor enough to need to come close to.

All is vanity. The people in question have never been safer or more well-fed and external reality can not cure the sickness what ails them. Since before his election Trump has been displaying almost all the typical traits of the narcissist.
He has been surrounding himself with sycophants who almost unfailingly do his bidding without question before and since -
Looking back on the various presidents of the US with dubious reputations, since the draft dodging Trump took office in January this year his conduct has consistently disgraced the position he holds in days rather than a year and the fact that he has practiced blatant Nepotism by using his family to do his dirty work but treating them with disdain bordering on contempt even in public, is another narcissistic trait.
The only family member I have seen who looks as though does not like the whole situation is his wife,
who has chosen to remain silent and stern faced at all their public appearances, and her disdain has recently been confirmed.
My opinion is that there could be a divorce soon as she, unlike the ill-educated & ill-mannered Trump, speaks 4 languages at least.
There is no doubt in many folks minds in the UK and worldwide that he and his entourage are corrupt, not fit for purpose and should be "got rid of" ASAP

Having said this Nigel Farage liked the term peoples' army, the whole politics exploits this paranoid militiamen mindset of people who've never been further away from danger yet are easily defensive and threatened. The peoples army strokes the ego of rebellion whilst actually being regiments of ideological lockstep enthralled to the charismatic general. It's rebellion, but rebellion very much at a distance more like role-playing than revolution.

With a broad brush I'll bet that Trump voters are not very good at picking up on social cues or reading peoples emotions; charisma has the greatest affect on people who have none. And that's a broader problem in today's society undermining everything from democracy to marriage - people expect to be far more entertained than they will ever be entertaining and life becomes like a game; a roleplay taken too seriously.
