What do people mean when they say they are ''Gender Fluid''? (28)

It means they don;t know who they are or what they are ... this makes them dreadfully unstable and difficult to deal with in any sort of rational manner.
By declaring themselves to be 'Gender Fluid' they are making it YOUR problem, MY problem and in fact ANYONE else's problem because no matter what YOU say or do, even if it was OK a minute ago, it might NOT be OK because ' fluid dynamics' apply and the situation will have changed!

That ends up translating into more confusion for everyone else around you as the have absolutely no idea how to even refer to you.

I always ask them which pronoun they use.
And obviously use their name/you when speaking directly to them.
