mollybaby: I have yet to see Side Effects

I never liked Curb your Enthusiasm though, nor Seinfeld.

I don't know why I put the 2 of those together, but I have the feeling that the same people would like both

I just checked out Curb your Enthusiasm on IMDB and the guy that stars in the show (Larry David) is actually co-creator of Seinfeld. So you weren't off the mark Molls.. wink

Seinfeld was actually a mixed feeling show for me. Sometimes really funny yet other times it got really really boring. My favorite character was Kramer.. just picturing his face makes me smile for no reason.. laugh

That is funny laugh
I think I just don't find American comedy shows funny normally.
I like more 'catch it while it's flying' type humour. I don't like jokes being explained to me in case I missed them

Deedee123x:
Just spotted this post...nothing much to say only that i watched 11.22.63 also.
Agreed that i love tume travel and most especially the 60s and 70s.
James Franco was brilliant.
He is a weird actor and takes on some real strange roles but he is always good to watch.

There's just something about the 60s and 70s right Dee? smitten

James Franco does take on "different" roles at times. Of course he doesn't manage to pull off all of them but he does do well. A similar yet more effective actor comes to mind.. Jake Gyllenhaal... now that guy really takes on challenging roles and plays them well too! (actually add Tom Hardy to the list as well lol)

Freedom and love spring to mind...and nice unusual dresses laugh

Ive never seen Tom Hardy in anything..i must check him out..love Jake too..whats that film where he played the boxer called?
For me u cant beat Denzel or Tom Hanks.
But every actor has a good movie in them.
I actually love Sam Rockwell and Ed Norton too.
Something about those two guys i love.
