Jermillah: Well...The heaven and god thing is precarious at best, but in our real world all you can do is comfort and be there for them. That's my humble advice!

It's important is to just listen, and let the bereaved person talk.

Don't make any conversation about religion unless you know their beliefs/non beliefs.

If it’s a traditional burial place an unopened beer and a doobie in the dearly departed’s hands close the casket and throw a party in their name where everyone gets drunk or high or whatever. wave

Grieve a birth and celebrate a death....

You're right too..people who lost love ones always remember them and miss them forever in this world so we can be there for them and also assure them that we are not going to loss them forever coz oneda

As far as death of loved ones let them grieve and know they live for death is transformative.

Nobody is leaving this world without experiencing the mystery of death. Yet, while we live its best to offer comfort for those we care about who have lost their loved ones in our capacity.
