Mediterranean cuisine is my fav, but ....I´m the worst cook of this planet and galaxies around 
there are only a couple of dishes I make and those could qualified as "eatable" lol!

French: Chateau brian avec pomme gratin.
Belgium: Mussels in white wine / or brown beer with creamy garlic sauce and fries
Spanish : Zarsuela, paella, estofado…..
Arabic: all kind of Tajine
Asian: Phad thai, noodles….
And a lot more

Indonesian food, very rich.
every island have own special food, all are delicious especially the spicy one.
And we have more than 17.000 islands, 365 days not enough to explore.
But I do like Indian food (not the sweet).
Hyderabad Beriyani, Naan, Paneer Makanwala, mix veg, Chicken Tikka, Masala Dosa and mango Lassi
