I suppose they might remember the most about me is that I'm very blunt and out spoken.I don't play mind games with anyone and people always know just where they stand with me.

Of course how people treat each other is the most important, happy spirit of smile, being yourself...but it's not a one side thing. Some people bring the best out of us and others don't!

How would "I" know? I'm NOT them? POORLY phased question, Galrads!
But, to ANSWER your question, it's been brought to my attention (by various people) that it's NOT what "I" HAD ALWAYS imagined it WOULD be (my bright copper/gold hair - when I was younger), but was, in THEIR firmly stated opinion, my eyes! I HAVE been told that I have the "bluest" eyes some have ever seen (although, in the mirror, to ME, they look as "grayish", as they do blue). But I THINK, MORE than the color of my eyes, it's the intensity of my "look" that, makes them "memorable". When I'm in a one on one conversation with a person, I'm FULLY ENGAGED with that person! Pretty much CONSTANT "eye contact" (scrutiny)! ESPECIALLY if it's a female that I find attractive, and thus, AM interested in "knowing" EVERYTHING about!

Than you must be hipnotising with your eyes. Yes, I was many times told the same thing, my eyes are rare type that changing from green to blue & vice versa but I never thought it's only about colour because in my view, all colour of eyes are beautiful but what makes one outstanding is depth of shinning soul warmth and ability to share warmth of smile.
My hair is definitely the first thing people notice I have woman & guys stop me or run up behind me tapping me on the shoulder every single day asking me for advice asking me what shampoo/conditioner I use or they will gently tug on my hair thinking I have extensions.
The rest of my list isn't in any particular order there things I'm often complimented on often.

I agree that the amount of "twinkle" in an eye, affects a person's REMEMBRANCE of those eyes, Rainy! And "warmth" of "look/feel" bears a relationship to people's response to a person. But, with ME (I think), it's more the "intensity" of my "attention". When I'm "with" you, I'm ALL 5,000% "IN" TO you! Which (in MY experience, anyway) is kinda rare. Most people are only PARTIALLY "with" you, even in "deep discussion", with you. And you CAN "read" THIS, in a person's "attention". I'm NOT saying it very well, but language has NEVER been MY strong point.

As long man doesn't come too close in my space (in my face ) that may be the "intensity " of being a good listener.
