I've been accused of being one, an evil one at that.
So if anyone has a clue what the word mean, I would appreciate it , as it's not in the oxford dictionary?

A Valcher is a ozzy slang word for a vaccum cleaner (Vulcan)
And Valcher means ... sorta like a coupon (shubup Serene) 
... You can collect many coupons to get a free Vaccum... BUT!! You must have so many Valchers to get one.
