Of course its productive...all our emotions are productive and serve to teach us something.....they're neither positive or negative...they just are....humans come with a range of emotions precisely for that reason.....

M4_Mischief: Its not about handling them....its about teaching you about yourself.....maybe you need to set boundaries...maybe there is something you need to heal....but there is a reason for the anger and any other emotion....we just have to learn to listen to ourselves.....
In that sense I don't think we ever stop learning.....

I read up on Tibetan Buddhism, and wanted to follow it, and was brought up Christian.....I naturally have Precognition, and Telepathy, and I intuitively feel people's and animals' emotions, and the Tibetan Buddhists does not practice it anymore...where again they have to learn it, and with me it's inborn...yes I'm kinda different to the ordinary person....
