One2note: I've never really understood why they put government health warnings on cigarettes!!
It's not exactly a good marketing ploy.
Imagine if mac Donald's put a government health warning on its burgers .. maybe something along the lines of "our burgers may cause heart attacks, or make you grossly obese"!!

A question for everyone: Do you consider vaping to be smoking? As in, on the profile where it asks if you smoke, and you don't consider vaping to be smoking, what answer would you put?
And, yes, I had a date argue that he wasn't a "smoker" because he used vaping.

All i know is, my son used to smoke cigarettes,
He is now vaping, and he told me yesterday that his doctor told him,
he is now a non smoker!

and never went back to them,, they do leave your system after a certain period of time John.

Anna, I am over 8 yrs off them and I would not dream of smoking one.and never went back to them,, they do leave your system after a certain period of time John.
I loved my cigarette and would draw the smoke straight into my toes especially when doing paperwork. I don’t think the craving ever goes away!

I have another son that gave them up a few years ago
read the Alan Carr book, he never looked back
i asked him some time ago does he get cravings for them
he said never,, ,so i guess everyone is different, it must be not so nice
to still crave one.
