Safe?...safe for what? To take a dump? Dunno......are you in the plumbing business? if it's works on a suction system, and not just water flow, then it's a big cost saver.

A one piece toilet...
I have 5 of them.
30 gallon Rubbermaid trash cans/humanure composting toilets.
Add lime and vegetation, stir occasionally; and leave them in the sun for a few years.
My bamboo plants love it!
