CossackCat: This is all part of a globalization plan. China has been lending money for years to leaders of countries that they know.. can't or won't pay it back.
Now.. the borrowers are paying a heavy price, when it time to pay the piper.

They want the sea ports and international waters.
This is why #TRUMP has been trying to squeeze them with tariffs.. to put an economic hold on them or slow them down.

Also makes you wonder about #MARCON'S quote: "The future of #FRANCE is linked to #AFRICA", he may be hinting at more than stripping Africa of it's natural resources and #EUROPE'S "mini ice age" (and future mass migration to Africa by Europeans).
