That was Shakespeare's challenge to formality - the rigid rules observed beyond reason or understanding in this case the hatred between the aristocratic family names and the love of Romeo & Juliet. Shakespeare was one of the first modern men. Suffice it to say Shakespeare was very much on the side of putting things into your own words.

Names are important, especially in your youth. When you have a stupid name, kids may bully you with it. In my country a couple with the name Modder (dutch for Mud), called their daughter Fokje. Well now everyone calls her F uckyourmother.

Parents must definitely be more responsible, and have a couple of people agree with them on the name first...
