Beer is so fattening! And it gives men that barrel gut. Yuck!! Not attractive at all.
You may have more energy soon too. So don't worry if you eat more, because you will burn it off and your body is trying to make up for the loss of nutrients. You may crave protein. (Meat, peanut butter, beans).
We have a saying here, "Don't drink your calories". Beer and soda is the worst! I drink a lot of bottled water, with flavor enhancers. So many kinds of flavor enhancers now. And you only need, 3 drops for each bottle of water.

Start with walks. Release endorphins in your brain and reduces anxiety. Later, you can have a program of running or weights or boxing or whatever. .. whatever works for you. Congrats again grin

thanks...

I just need to keep my will power strong and resist any temptations as time goes on, I have to admit I was drinking way too much, 12pints + of beer a session 4 to 5 days a week, so it is definably needed and wanted

Wow.. Not me. But snow annoyed me, I couldn't wait for it melt, for a path or a road, because like you.. you want to, feel you have to.
