There's a great one in Poland made with Beetroot, never was a fan of cucumber, then there's the Gazpacho, not the weather now for chilled soups, but definitely the weather for chilled Dino though..

One of my Mom's aunties (I don't know why, but they all spoiled my Mom, terribly... That always melted my heart 
) , who lived in Caracas, always sent her pumpkin bread... I had never tried it... But, that was delicious!... Was like a spice bread...

I have tried banana bread, zuchini bread and pumpkin bread... And I really couldn't be able to pick a favorite... They are all delicious... And the moistness the fruit/veggies add to the dough, makes them so soft... Really yummy... P.S. I have to confess I have never tried any of those fancy coffees... I don't drink coffee and I don't know what a latte, mochaccino, espresso and any of those taste/look like (I don't even know if I typed their names correctly, jajajajajaajajaja), but people seem so addicted to them... Are they good?...

yes. Very good, even if you’re “ tired” of pumpkin. ( one year, I was so saturated with pumpkin—pumpkin tea, p. Coffee, p cake/ cookies, p coffee creamer, p scones, etc... I couldn’t eat anything p for awhile. THEN, a cafe I frequented had pumpkin soup on the menu. I tried it, and wow, was it good
