I thought the same way 12 months ago when I moved back to the Uk. Had to leave everything in my apartment in Spain and moved in with my daughter and family here in the Uk for over 9 months. Sleeping on her settee for all that time but I got through it. Had operations for skin cancer, still having to "dress" one wound that just doesn't seem to want to heal and that's from 19th April.crying: Eventually sold my place in Spain and I was lucky enough to get this lovely bungalow "rented" as I didn't want to buy again. Not worth it at my age
I'm now settled back in England but I still don't regret living in Spain for the past 15 years. My kids wanted me back home and I didn't want to die alone in Spain. Morbid I know but I have missed our beautiful country side here in England.You'll get there, you just have to be optimistic and believe in yourself. If I can do it at my grand old age then you can. Stay positive
I've not been able to visit my best friend in America for nearly 2 years now due to this pandemic. Whenever I feel a bit "down" I just listen to music.

Fortunately yes. My dad trained me to take over when he died. Take care of the farm and mom. It is up to me to carry on. And with some of the stuff I went through in life..good thing he did.

I admire you for that I've lived on my own now for 15 years and it's made me so much stronger. Doing things for myself. Not always that easy if it involves heavy work but I push myself to do it and then I feel great after achieving that goal

As far as strength goes, one has to remember that everyone has stuff beyond them and no shame in it. A muscle builder cant do contortionist poses. A skinny weakling cant lift 200 pounds. One person is trained how and the next wasn't. So try and you will do more than someone who never does.
