Places I’ve visited in Ukraine and Russia don’t flush TP. They told me its because the pipes are too narrow. I found Some restaurants in Italy doing the same thing. Most hotels and motels I’ve stayed in tn italy have tp and bidets. I was a bidet-virgin until my first holiday in Italy.

What do you wipe with after using the bidet in a public place? Or are you walking around with wet undies?

But toilet paper could be made from recycled paper so it's helping the circular economy and also trees can be planted to replace those used in making the original paper

It is made from recycled paper, at least some of it.And of course it is not recycled from used toilet paper, as I would suspect some may think.
Use tin foil. Or buy a bale of hay. If all fails. Use. Middle. Finger then. Wash said finger

I think someone is doing something wrong if they need to wipe after using a bidet. A pat-dry technique using a tightly woven cloth towel or paper towel is popular. If those are not available, turn on the air dry feature of some bidets before hopping off. I never use the dryer feature anymore after hearing why electric hand dryers are being removed from public restrooms for sanitary reasons.
