As Riva says meet up 1st,that's not a date.1st date, depending on if he's agreeable, amuseum exhibit or mall windo shopping,a coffeehouse then a concert of choice to both, end eve. if weather permits with a snack picnic basket at the beach,or colder weather, end with a late night walk.Good ways to gt to know each other, observe the otherand for anyone who's nervous time to feel comftorable.Say good bye at car, public place, hug or maybe kiss on cheek.
I prefer first dates to be very casual. We are in agreement we are talking first dates, not meets. Anything that involves a meal and walking is optimum. A leisurely meal that involves one on one conversation sets the mood. A museum or a garden fits into that scenario nicely but even a stroll through a park or shopping mall can suffice. People watching, commenting on art work, or nature lends itself to a relaxing outing where the dialogue will often be spontaneous and sometimes enlightening.
I do know that if I do ever have a date...It will be in a very public area. Lots of people around. Preferably now in a bar. A park or museum, as long as it's public!!
first dates usually mean the first kiss...........hearts pounding, head spinning.......the euphoric feeling as you walk off.........yup, deffo the fave thing
The best date I had for a first date was playing video games at Dave & Busters. Being that I'm very competitive as was he, we had a blast. Dinner and drinks afterward. It wasn't a traditional first date, but it was the most fun, no pressure date that I have ever had!!!
