I have to admit...I am one of those "why did that happen"...people...
I am constantly reading and researching...don't know if it prevents me from making the same mistake twice...but at least i'm better informed as to why it happen...

Honestly, if it's something that creates a high level of stress or cost me a lot of $$$, I'll probably do some analyzing.

For me, the hardest part in analyzing a situation is only looking at the part I played in it. I only have control over myself, so I can't analyze why someone else did what they did. I can only try to figure out what part I played in it and what I needed to learn from the situation.
