I believe that there are spirits that linger...those that went before their time..never seen one myself but I have friends that have had strange things happen..no explanation for them...like the smell of gingerbread cookies cooking on Christmas morn...and all the ornaments rearranged..they lived in an old house where an older women had died there..They are not scared of her...just a little freaky!

Yeah, I believe in ghosts. I use to live in this house in NY and we had an automatic garage door opener but unfortunatly it didn't work then one day we were all up in the kitchen and heard the garage door open by itself and we've tried for about 5 years and it never opened. My dad did some investigating and we found out a woman died there and soon after her husband died all sorts of freaky stuff started happening.

When i was younger we had a ghost in our house my Mom even named it...
she would always be saying
"you mean to tell me Nobody did this?"

ghosts might be pushing it for me but have felt the presence of things on more then one occasion
lived in an old house in dublin and my room was always impossible to heat unlike the rest of the house and my room mate freaked out one night cos she thought i was upstairs when i was really out and heard movements ..... know several things happened in the 1 1/2yr i was there, but all very caring ones. i would fall asleep and wake up with lights off and tv/dvd off though there weren't on a timer if i was there alone. pictures moved position. would feel reminders to go check things that would have been left on (doesn't happen now). felt i had someone with me when i was down
had friends stayed to visit too and 2 of them got really freaked i didn't even say anything but each had felt someone behind them and had swung around to look ...... told them the next day when i got back that it happened all the time in that house. they didn't come back to stay again ..... for me it was i nice, comforting feeling .... like a little old lady who wanted to mind me

oh yeah, I saw him and others on the TV ! and his name,,his name was a Mr. Gordy, Now Mister Gordy seems to be quite popular these days, kinda like a casper the friendly ghost.

I believe in them but have not seen any. I believe there maybe something in my home which follows us around as the t.v. will just shut off by itself or the d.v.d. player and the movie will be ejected.
