The biggest mistake Christians make is thinking they are doing the right thing without first living the right thing.

Think about it. If Christains really acted like they believed what they say they believe, the world would be a totally different place. But Christainity has made as big of a mess of things as Abraham did when he lay with Hagar, or Adam did when he listened to Eve. But Jesus did not bring Christianity into the world to change it, just to save it. God will always protect our right to be wrong.

Anyway, if Christians would live with their lives what they profess with their mouths, most people who have a problem with Christianity would become Christians themselves.

Those who really know Jesus, act like they do.

There you go, saying a lot and nothing at the same time.

There are creation sections in most of the museums you talk about. Of course you just generalize like someone who has never been to a museum. But just as there are museums with no creation exibits, there are creationists museums with no evolution exibits. I am not sure what that proves.

I know what you are getting at. I was merely pointing out the mistake man can make when he believes God needs his help.


And the only way I have seen anyone acting like a good person is when they completely surrender themselves to something else. They forget about themselves and start doing things for the benefit of someone else. They sellout for a greater cause. Though with great passion can come great error, they strive for something they perceive as being worth greater than themselves.

For those of us just sitting around worrying about ourselves, our wants, our rights, our reputations, and wanting to be right all the time, I don't give much chance of being a good person. May our self-centeredness and our self-righteousness be damned.
