I pay about 20 euro a month. Just the broadband, as I don't have a TV, land line telephone or anything of the sort.
I think it depends on the standart of living in various countries.I pay 10 Eur monthly for broadband unlimited access via landline/it s not a dial up/The cable TV is separated by other provider and it costs 8 Eur.
It costs me around $95 CDN a month for a land line, high speed internet and an international long distance plan, which doesn't make it any cheaper to call a mobile phone in Europe.
To phone a mobile costs me between $15 and $22 per hour on average.

I own and administer a WiFi ISP, my cost for the internet connection is completely wild as the broadband in the South Spain is not actually available.
A land line with "free calls" in the country and a 3 Mbps Down /128 Kbps Up internet connection here costs ca 70 Euro/month. Effective speed is more like 512 Kbps Down though. That is IF they have ADSL in your area. Most probably they don't. That is where companies like mine come in.
