I found a list of love tips for both and I wrote some own thoughts as well. If you have any ideas, please feal free and write them down, helping in this way other people to learn and have better relations :)
1. Take time to enjoy each other's company.
2. Make every effort to become each other's best friend.
3. Share your dreams with each other. Don't keep them to yourselves, thinking your partner should know them. I know of very few, if any, people that are mind readers.
4. Forgive each other quickly of their mistakes. NEVER go to bed mad. Regardless of how angry you are, forgive quickly, and never sleep apart.
5. Tell your partner, "Drive safely please. I love you!."
6. Give each other hugs at least twice a day.
7. Take time to meditate and/or pray together.
8. Spend time with other happy couples - it might just rub off on you.
9. Go to a dance instructor and take dance lessons together.
10. Be the first one to say "I'm sorry" after a disagreement.
11. Respect each other's need for quiet private time.
12. Take long moon-lit walks on the beach, or through the park, while holding hands.
13. Make your anniversary celebration an all day event. If possible take the day off from work, and celebrate your love all day.

Even hugs the dog needs special attention

We all need good examples to observe from time to time

A very good list jumike. I also would like to say welcome to CS.
We have loads of fun here and find a friend or 2 along the way.
I will add one thing to the list. This is something my husband of
36 years would do, but never at the same time or every year so
I would not be suspicious.
Pack a bag for your S/O and yourself when they are out, or in our
case he had the kids pack our bags. Then tell your love you have
a doctor appointment or something and you want them to go with
you. Just load up and go somewhere for the week-end. We always
liked to call it, " Kidnapping The Love Of My Life"
Always worked for me.
We have loads of fun here and find a friend or 2 along the way.
