mine has been a solo one, but lovely.

I have managed to get out into the garden and get some weeding and mulching done. Not only can my body feel what I did but I can also see the results!laugh

hope yours was a good one Serenehug

Quite lovely thanks P grin

Had my female child and her male child up Fri night, they left yesty arvo .. Gawd I luv em heart1

Then today I spent a couple hours cooking first thing, then the entire day painting grin

My daughter gave me a little kit some time back, it's 3 miniature Van Goghs with just the outlines printed on paper - you have to mix the colours and paint them.

Man it was involved but I really enjoyed it and they look pretty cute!

Son came up yesterday morning with a mate of his early for a hunt and to cut scrub . No deer yesterday but a good measure of scrub cut . Today at daybreak the shot three stags in my house paddock ,deer numbers getting excessive putting it bluntly . Today we were cutting scrub and about 2.15 Ken's mate cut himself badly just forward of his wrist with Ken's chainsaw . 2 inch's long and quite deep . I dressed the wound and packed them off to hospital . 2 hr drive down to Masterton where the both live . Against my better judgement as I thought it better to go to Dannevirke as it's an hour away . As of ten minutes ago Issac has not been seen by a Dr to stich his cut , all the while his skin will be drying and shrinking . Nearly six hrs . If I took a dog to the vets It would be dealt with pronto . I HATE THE SCUM WHO HAVE BROKEN MY COUNTRY .

Hospitals are under the pump these days,9 yes ago cut my thumb nearly of with a power saw, pricks didn't stitch it back on for 24hrs! Bad wound like a chainsaw cut won't be stitched up,plastic surgery & glue is probably going to be it,all the best with recovery.comfort

If vets treated animals like this they would be out of business as nobody would take an animal near them once word got around . Pity these Dr's can't be sorted the same way .

That's because we keep them in short supply so they can charge astronomical fees. Only the brightest student are allowed one of the limited places in medical courses. Being a medico isn't really that hard; having good people skills is a start. Which is exactly what many of these super smart performers don't have in abundance.

Had a great Sunday, went to a new Tapas Bar for drinky poos and tucker. Great vibe, lovely people, very relaxing.

Saturday night went to see an 'Adele Show', great night out, Naomi Price, English lass so she had the accent to a 't'. Sassy, full of attitude and a dropped a few 'f' bombs as does the real Adele.

So I am pretty pooped today! But hell was worth it. cheering
