intention

what once is said in jest or haste
when all was said of times before
can turn out to be such a waste
and can't be taken back no more

like slings and arrows hit a mark
so too words can injure and bleed
think carefully before you embark
with harsh words misbegotten seed

all the empathy that was lack
when care-filled heart is not shown
can not for want be taken back
only amends can then atone

i am reminded as often is mentioned
speak only kind words as intention

speak only kind words as intention is my goal. When I fall short, it injures others and my soul. Now, what is it they say about good intentions?

sometimes we are just too honest and say things w/o thinking if we hurt others like me,i say how i feel and its always too late to realise that i hurt the other party,,but amen to that cos they always forgive and i heartedly say sory.

Intention is extremely powerful, in the physical and spiritual realms... I believe it's true that "all energy follows intent".... Even if we don't speak our thoughts, our thoughts are "heard" or received by the one(s) they are directed towards...

Therefore, we are responsible for all we do, say and think.

This reminds me of a forgotten religion I tried to get to know about, Zoroastrianism. Kind thoughts, kind works, kind deeds. They should teach it in the curriculum. loving words can make crystals form larger, if you label their container with such a word. Srange but true.
