Still days there are When the Black Dog visits On days I am alone Those days myself I question What have I done wrong It's then I feel so useless Though right I've tried to do Yet still this feeling hits me And Black Dog comes around He shows no peace or compassion Keep fighting this fight alone

Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of depression, Tke things as it came along Steve, and be patient... the great light is there.

Many people will identify with this poem, when the black dog visits us, I call day's like that, enveloped by a dark cloud, Winston Chrurchill called it the black dog.
All through history Men and Woman who are creative sucumb more than others to the black dog, poetic people often fall victim too. Super poem Steve

Thank you my friends for your kind words and support
The Black Dog hits us all sometimes Steve. Well described. Do not faulter or give in to him/her as there are always better times around the corner...not just PC...but also life in general.

When the Black Dog visits
On days I am alone
Those days myself I question
What have I done wrong
It's then I feel so useless
Though right I've tried to do
Yet still this feeling hits me
And Black Dog comes around
He shows no peace or compassion
Keep fighting this fight alone
