I too sometimes play the game IF ONLY I HAD OR DID. But that's not the way it is. It is what we do from this moment on with our life is what matters. Great thoughts - thanks for sharing.

Thanks for sharing this poem...the mind is certainly a complex store house ...memories regret etc which also provoke emotions good bad happy and sad..and we can and do get of on a tangent but i for one wouldn't want to be a robot all the same..miss out on the tapestry of all our life experiences..I'm a great believer that something good can come from bad...difficult sad experiences..as much as that may hurt and however long it takes to accept and or recover from them... it's all able to enhance our life and or others lives in one way or another ..we can empathise and it is personal growth....fertiliser and growth :)
