Lonely God

Sitting here on Mount Olympus
Sad and lonely God am I
Men have moved on
They need me not
Redundant I've become
Was a time when men waged war
My name on their lips
Sing their songs to glorify
Blood ran like streams
How glorious were those days
But now just a memory
Man has now found a new god
Himself he does now worship
