In yourself in your life day to day
In your friends, in your thoughts
in your choices that you make
In your days that go wrong knowing it will be ok.

In the giving of you
no agenda in mind
do you believe in yourself
with forgiven past left behind.

Lighten your load
heavy back's tough to hold
chin up easy mind
monkey's gone ghost's grow old~
