My insomnia..
This describes a mental health issue I was experiencing one time
Darkly, dimly in your mind I can read the thoughts that haunt you Terrors that wake you in the night And leave your sheets asoaking Your legs tremble as you run in sleep To escape those terrors in your mind Yet still they bounce around in the

It is about one that feels pain and sees it in others yet feels it difficult at the same time for the individual to accept it making excuses for the feelings that is present and stating that the issues are nothing as the ones others have to face.
in the morning rush of a daily routine how neat it is to find a short few moments to sit and be still and simply just unwind with a music tape playing softly maybe in the garden maybe in a chair maybe rest your eyes lighten up your cares
I witnessed a drug overdose of someone who survived, this is my way of dealing with it trying to view it from their point of view.
i composed this poem dedicated to all individuals (both genders) having traveled on, or are currently walking on, the horrific road entitled "Anorexia." My intent is to instill "hope" into their thought patterns...I'm pleading to depend on our Heavenly Father...HE, unlike countless counselors, will bring you into "the LIGHT," so to speak. Allow HIM to do so...sending love...{i am currently at an ideal, healthy weight.}
While I speak You've so much to think. While I show You've so much to see. While I teach You've already learned it all. While I do You've already done. While I am You already are. While you listen You really don't hear~
For those who are not sure if they want to exercise today.
I just wrote this rhyme quickly. what I wrote is simply a way to rest the body while the mind is occupied. it isn't sleep, but the longer you concentrate the more the likelihood that your mind will actually dream so to speak. it is actually a proven fact, the more exhausted the body becomes the easier it is to achieve, slowing your breathing actually allows the mind "meditate" while the body sleeps or rests...after 20-30 minutes of this when you snap out of it, you will feel as if you had slept 4-6 hours. just a trick that may or may not work for you. i have used it often.(I hope you do not mind the title)
I WAS MOVED TO WRITE THIS POEM IN HONOR OF HONORABLE MEN, AS FOR ME I AM ONLY VENERABLE (WHATEVER THE HELL THAT IS) ~free!~

We show our power We show our strenght We use our muscle to fight in Show our bravery from within Tough ain't enough Though how much we show up When hardest problems sucks Our minds may be in state of shock Enjoy life be happy Don't take

Even though of age you are you move with elegance and grace. You put a smile on everyone's FACE. Your music flows in and through people making them want to move and grove to the beat. Now it is your turn to dance to your music set

I wrote this in coping with my RSD and how it may effect and affect those who deal with this condition. Just some reflection on the thoughts that those with Chronic Pain or Conditions experience daily it trying to manage what they are going through. We all experience periods of distress during our lives and the way our thoughts and emotions control our abilities to overcome our challenges. It is when we can accept our situations and acknowledge that ultimately we are the only one in control of our reactions to these situations that we can eliminate the suffering and anguish that manifests itself in our lives. Then we can learn to LIVE, no matter what life's obstacles may present us with. ... Peace to all

Its about just always being caring and loving my girl. And I would do anything to make her day brighter. And if she were sick I would do anything to make her comfortable. I'm a very compassionate mate and am patient.
Clipped wings and hobbled ankles His idea of love Blinders and in a box His idea of love Why did I give him the keys? A jogger jogs to clear the head I have heard that said A dancer dances and the artist paints For the glory of the audienc
