Big C Battle.
Written in defiance of Cancer.

Recently I had a worrying health scare but thank God all tests and scans were clear. I wrote this little poem in the hospital car park. I need to say...... It was Cancer that made me write so without it I wouldn't be part of this lovely family-like corner. Thanks for all your reads and comments. After my hysterectomy, I was prescribed an estrogen patch. It worked great for two weeks then I became noticeably weaker in my hips, legs and calves.Kicking off bed covers is a real challenge. Raising up out of a chair and walking is a real struggle and the doctors have no answers. On top of all of this, I broke my middle toe on my left foot while vacuuming the house.
