Spontaneous composition...
Reminiscing....
Let’s listen to the silence – it’s important, We lose so often great and special moments. Just look at sky – it’s full of dreams and light, And our lives – significant and bright. Keep quiet and listen to new baby born, And look at growing sm
Dark story-tell style.
The ever-elusive...
This is an older Poem of mine. I wrote this one many years ago, by candlelight. The power was out, it was winter, and very, very cold. We had just finished telling stories to each other. Stories of how these hard times, would be so much better one day in the future. Well, My 3 (angels)children then fell asleep beside me, on the couch. We all were under a big blanket to keep us warm. I remember that they looked so very sweet when they were sleeping. The oldest girl asleep, leaning against me, my middle girl asleep, leaning on the oldest, and my baby boy, asleep, leaned against her. Like cute little sleeping dominos. Anyway, I wrote this one that night, while being the biggest domino. . . . LOL . . I hope that you all enjoy it. (warm smile) and Be Blessed Always.
Got tired of being busted by what was interpreted rather than what I said. That's one reason why today I am freeatlast.
A parody of Going to the Chapel. I had this coworker back at a job I had up till 2006 and he would do this constantly. He did get written up once, but still continued to do this. I figure he worked about half his shift and the other half did stuff like this to get out of work and he was the highest paid. He was also my favorite coworker which shows how bad some of my coworkers were.
"People are People" Its a camp fire sing a long song We're different colors And different creeds And different people Have different needs It's obvious you hate me Though I've done nothing wrong I've never even met you What could I have done People are people so why should it be You and I should get along so awfully People are people so why should it be You should hate me You're punching and kicking, And you're shouting at me, I'm relying on your common decency, So far it hasn't surfaced, But I'm sure it exists, It just takes a while to travel From your head to your fist. I can't understand What makes a man Hate another man Help me understand People are people So why should it be You and I should get along so awfully People are people So why should it be You Should Hate me I can't understand What makes a man Hate another man Help me understand
This poem is to my sweetheart, we met here. Talked for a while. Then we met, we went for a long walk,..... and fell in love!
Words like our thoughts, carry a strong energy ! I wrote this poem, as a reminder to myself-to always remember... just how powerful words truly are. In particular, those that we speak, to our selves !

People, who can be trusted are very important, It’s so difficult – being reliable person in life. Always those who are kind have to go through discomfort, But without them world wouldn’t be light and bright.
This poem is the closest to my heart, since this was happening to my city, my home. It was written during hurricane Katrina 2005.
I'm determined...
Sometimes it's hard for me to say to you.. All of the things that I want to And it's not that I don't care.. Because you know I do.. Sometimes, I hold back maybe out of fear. But then I guess .. sometimes, Maybe we all do. And I w

You are here when I’m wrong. You’re my heart, you’re my mind… When I’m weak, you are strong. You're my eyes when I'm blind. When I fall, when I’m lost, You are here, you’re my way. When I’m hell, you are frost. When I’m coast, you are bay.
Quivering with anticipation...
Dedicated to TP4G and her amazing courage that probably saved several lives. Those of her children and abusive ex-husband as well as her own.
I was reading through the poetry of Elo and it inspired me to write this. It's great that we can be inspired by other "poets."

Usually I can ignore the madness, sometimes I have to speak out...
Inspired by a line in Robert A. Heinlein's Time Enough for Love.
Just some thoughts on the matter...
My own perception of Divine Oneness, that I believe we all share. A oneness that does not see race, age, country, creed, or any of the self-imposed barriers, that we put between ourselves and others. And then we ask, "Why is there so much loneliness and suffering on this beautiful planet, that we inhabit"? We must somehow, find our way back to that sameness, and return to our true origin. To see beyond the exterior, which is only temporary-to the infinite Spirit, that created and connected all to it and to each other. As a Spiritual Advisor/Catalyst, it is part of a collection. I hope to soon complete them to share...
Sparkling, long, and flowing soft, and shimmering through a comb, A little hand ,with love, caressed each strand and knew a home. Her eyes alight with awe to see the splendour falling there in the magic that was moonbeams, that was grandma's silver

We all have a bit of magic, Coming from within, You can see it twinkle in an eye, or a wicked little grin. Think of all the people, For whom life is so grim. they drag themselves from day to day, with no vigor and no vim. Just living in t
I write quite a lot now "I am Broken and alone" and I wrote this in about 15 minutes when i Woke in the middle of the night. At the time I was just starting to explore the realm of dating.
