We are probably born with the concept of love at a deep genetic level, however we must learn to love. I find the last line the most intriguing, the word evolve separated by a dash shows love in reverse, ve usually in English conveys the position of I. So through the process of learning love or evolving the human condition we move to higher states and realise greater realms of love, the last line conveys or transports us to the position of, I HAVE EVOL-ED Maybe love and the evolving human condition are intricately symbiotic.
