Walking on Cloud's

When you fall in love, it's an amazing feeling.

But when your Soul fall's in love,
Wow, the world becomes alive again.

The falling of winter leaves becomes a wonder.

You look around and really see the beauty that is Life.

I am suddenly very alive, and walking on Cloud's.

Before The Gates Of Alahsar - 2nd Version -Part - 2

Continuation...........

On the second level, merchants' homes and shops arrayed,
here were homes, of richer bearing, belonging to the more powerful,
mini palaces, with minarets adorning their heads, of purest gold,
the scents of the Orient, here they did waft on the air, intoxicating.
Each scent mingled with the next, inducing peace, a gentle narcotic,
Listen, mighty ones, the sounds of trade ever singing,
these mini palaces had indoor bathing facilities for the inhabitants,
beautiful mini gardens, behind these dwellings, such beauty.

Now look, see in your mind's eye, level three, the communal gardens,
they were lush, green areas, surrounded by Kaleidoscopic colour,
there were shapes and descriptions, of all kinds of exotic plants,
they seemed, painted onto this scene, by a master's hands.
so skillfully crafted, these gardens of love, peaceful to the mind,
there were trees of mighty girth, lifting their many arms in praise of the Gods,
there were secluded, hidden areas, those areas for lovers to be left alone,
indeed, I, as your Bard, I tell you, all desires were catered for.

On the fourth level, homes for the palace staff, grandiose buildings,
virtual palaces, as close as could be to the merchant's homes in style,
from golden window casings, the Badicha plain could be viewed complete,
the inhabitants blessed, the splendour of love's dreams theirs.
In dwellings fit for mighty kings, they lived out their lives.
within your minds, know that all knew love and joy within Alahsar,
These homes had larger bathing areas within,
sounds of joy did ever sound within each dwelling, happy people.

Lords and Ladies, lift up your horns to the splendour that is Alahsar,
to that most beautiful jewel, under a low, midnight sun,
on level five, the king's palace and its vast gardens stand-alone,
the great golden glory, of he, known only as the golden king.
Lift up your horns, all you who hearken to my words,
drink the blessed mead and in your hearts, ever, Alahsar remember,
In one mighty cry may our voices be heard,
"Glory And Honour!!!"

Oh, golden king, your mighty kingdom lives,
Look down mighty king, on all that is yours,
your glorious name through ancient tales remembered,
in infamy or glory, this tale shall tell.
We look back, into an ancient world, long forgotten,
the golden dream of Alahsar facing its greatest trial,
now, hearken close my Lords and Ladies, while my tale unfolds,
come to the greatest wonder, Alahsar.

Trolls

I love the internet
Have been coming here to get what I wanted to get
Halloween and Christmas fortune cookies, Rap snacks, Herr's Deep Dish Curls
45 records I could give a whirl
Sharing my writings on here
But some troll made it clear
Even here you are not as safe as it seems
We'll do stuff to you that will make you want to scream
So I was forced to change my password and then forgot
Should have written it down, and now I'm hot
I'm mcradloff who has to use daradloff instead
But at least the new password is still in my head!

Tom Cat

Adore cat's, a cat will find it's own owner.

Now a Tom Cat will be full of cheek, stroll up and check you out, let you get a little close, but when you go to stroke him he's suddenly gone.

And you begin to miss him, checking often to see if he's sitting, Just out of reach watching you.

His green eyes, seem to smile into your soul.

You begin to need the watchful, quiet, gentle way he projects.

One day maybe, just maybe he will feel like coming closer.

He will never be tamed, and it would not suit him.

Magic Witch and her desire.

A sprinkle of magic,
A click of my fingers,
An antique broom comes to life.
Settle into the handle and fly high
Scan the night and find the Auro you know so well.
Hover over and softly drop magical dreams down, smile and blow a kiss so he remembers.

Look Past.

Walk past the circus clown with a fake smile plastered on.

Walk past the strong man lifting weights to impress.

Walk past the trapeze artest always flying high.

Look past them and see the gentle caretaker, making sure the clown remembers to smile, the strong man remembers to eat, the trapeze is safe.

Look into His eyes, those eyes are special, there is where I want to be.

Maybe in my next life.

A dream, always just a dream.
A gentle yes strong arm just wrapping around you as you stand wondering.
A shoulder that you can lean into knowing that no matter what it will still be there.
A set of eyes that look into you, know you and yet yearn to discover more of you.
Lips that you can't stop kissing, that curl up in a knowing smile, when he sees that you remember how they feel.
A chest and lap that is home.
I know Him he is out there but in this life I might have to just settle for my dreams.

Happy to see an Old friend in Poetry
Lively Loving Caring and Kind friend
Who's poem was full of Love
Addressing her beloved
With words like pearls
Her poems she shared
Was classic poetry
I missed her very much
Happy to see her again
Her name is Ladyjewel
I called her Diamond Lady

Before The Gates Of Alahsar.

"Before The Gates Of Alahsar,"
By,
Michael .P. Clarke.

Full Version.

Bardic style.

Chapter..........1..........Part..........1..........1.

Come now, my Lords and Ladies,
listen now to the tale I shall tell,
the ancient tale of the dreamland,
of Alahsar, I lay before you.
look now within your mind's eye,
look on the golden gates to peaceful shrine,
they stand in wonder,
before a city of joy and peace,
a most ancient jewel.

I, your Bard, stand before you,
my words, I am ready to sing,
my beating heart of truth,
it shall beat the tales cadence,
as my words, I do speak.
Oh, Alahsar, your dream forever sung,
I lay it forth, following ancient texts,
come now, my Lords and Ladies,
listen to the tale my heart shall tell.

Never, had there been dark, in Alahsar's jewelled kingdom,
the sky afire, with a golden glow, in a night of lightened twilight,
all night, this sun would lie low in the sky, a golden glory,
this light of love, ever touching the beating heart of Alahsar.
The sun did sparkle off golden pinnacles and minarets bejewelled,
the sun, kissed gold so gently, and golden light did live,
my Lords and Ladies, such a dazzling display of light effects,
forth did come the rainbows of dream's desire.

Upward, ran the virgin white, stone dwellings, of the city,
they did tower to such heights, they reached for the heart of Heaven,
open your minds to the vision, look upward, upward, ever upward,
atop the great city, a golden palace, how that glory did shine.
This was a golden beacon to all, that Alahsar did live,
the city of dream, in its golden coat, arrayed, it did sing dream's song,
from the golden gates below to the golden palace atop, peace and joy did reign,
Alahsar, sing dreams song in majesty.

On the first level, the dwellings of Alahsar's mighty armies,
of the most sumptuous furnishings, they were arrayed,
seem within your minds, soldiers dressed in such regal splendour,
those on duty, they walk proudly. from dwellings to the mighty parapet walls.
They all know nights of passion, in rooms of silken beauty,
primal passion, emitting sighs and screams into the night
communal wash areas were to the rear of these dwellings,
they were behind high walls, built into the rock itself.

Can you see colours?

My Three-year-old Niece's child, blind from birth,
Her Grandpa, my brother.

Walking the garden, her tiny hand in his, showing her colours,

Tiny hands feeling the Green grass,
Little fingers grasping a Brown stone, warm from the sun.
Small bare feet kicking the Blue water gleefully.
Little nose smelling a Pink rose.

Can you see colours?

Sometimes we are too busy to stop and see beauty even when we can.
