I think that your criticism of the BBC is largely unfounded. It may not be as impartial as everyone would like (but still, I would argue, more probably impartial than anything produced in your part of the world!), but its relatively honest reporting from the likes of Iraq and Afghanistan has helped convince many people here that UK troops should not be in those countries. The UK media do tend to be informative rather than subjective in my opinion.
I can't comment on US media with any great authority, but my impression is that we in the UK are not "spoonfed" as much pro-government dogma.

No they weren't. It was a staged media set up.
Very probably prepared in advance.
Some old stock film of Palestinians cheering for a totally unrelated event were compiled with new footage of a small group of children who had been intentionally aroused to smile and dance by a person actually seen to be doing so in the film. And along with these dancing children one person, probably a stooge, makes some vague comment about Bin Laden (no mention of 911 whatsoever).
This is the stuff that evil lies are made of. Concocted images that create emotional shock responses of repulsion and lead to hatred and all sorts of evil.
Don't forget that it was only days later that Israel launched one of its genocidal massacres against the Palestinians. And the world stood silently by. Because people bought the lie that somehow "Islam" was behind the staged 911 attacks.
If you want to see who was really dancing on 911 just google "dancing Israelis". Israeli Mossad agents supposedly working for a false moving company "Urban Moving Systems" in New Jersey were seen in several locations filming the FIRST explosion as it occurred. They gave each other high-fives and took smiling photos of each other with the burning WTC in the background. In one photo one of them held a lit cigarette lighter in front of the WTC so that it looked like he was burning the tower.
What does that suggest about the real function of that fake moving company full of Mossad agents (including explosive experts) in the NY area?
Within days of 911 there were several cases of Israeli "movers" being arrested for suspicious activity in various parts of the country. In one case Israeli "tourists" had detailed plans of US nuclear power plants in their possession. Ordered held for questioning by the FBI, they were incredibly released when an unnamed official from the Immigration department showed up (at the side of the highway) and ordered police to let them go.
And lets not forget the more than 200 Israeli "art students" who were arrested and deported in the months just preceding 911. They were snooping around all sorts of high security offices and installations, asking questions and trying to penetrate security.
There is far more genuine evidence that Israeli intelligence was involved in 911 than the fictive Al Qaeda.
Turns out the fake firm had another fake branch in Florida in the same small town where the supposed Saudi Hijackers lived. Strange coincidence huh? Especially seeing that it turned out that the Arabs identified as hijackers turned out to be alive in Saudi Arabia and had never even been to the USA.

We'll never know all the details of the truth.
But there is plenty of evidence that what is being peddled as the official truth is an elaborately concocted lie.

Oh I get it pretty good. What you are saying is that out of the millions of things that happened that day you have found some discrepancies and, dwell on them to the point of madness.
So you have no suspects, no timeline of perpetrators committing the so called crime, no methodology on how they accomplished this or even a reason yet are able to dismiss the official version completely simply because you have found some errors.
Incredible and, very disappointing as I actually expected you to do something no other nutter has ever done - provide an alternate conspiracy theory.
