Romney is already showing leadership in the flooded area of Isaac. He and Ryan flew straight to Lousiana and New Orleans to meet with Governor Jindal and first responders today. REP began a fund with the Red Cross to aid with clean up costs.

I doubt he wants to take Winston with him since he had it removed immediately from the Oval Office. Hopefully Romney will put it back in it's proper place in the Oval Office..

With the coastal gaming casino opening up again, the locals fear is that families will not come to the coast to enjoy labor day events. In fact many of the beaches have been closed. Because of the potential tar balls.
Really had the FEDERAL government shut off the well head sooner, this would be small problem. Less tar would be on the bottom. But it took 93 day and a New York City plummer to shut down the well head.
Well you know that with all those PhDs in the Department of Energy scratching their heads and the White House kicking the first tar balls for photo opts. It is sad to see them come back.

The restructured GM employees only 68,500. The restructured Crystler only 51,200.....and the support industries that make parts for the auto firms does not come close to 900,000.
Joe is expanding numbers again. Close your eyes and just blow on them and they grow in size.

Some folks out there like McCain, having an affair with a Cindylou when his wife became ill, and while still was married with his wife and the mother of his two children, and others staing with the same wife... even both fellows could easily afford the hospital bills... well! Ryan says that if the Bush tax cuts expire in 2012, the grow rate of the country will fall to 1% from the present 1.8% growth rate. Because if you tax, you kill growth and hiring. Rather Ryan is proposing broad based tax cuts that fall across all the incomes levels.
Ryan says that if Obama business taxes are placed into effect....the US tax rate for small business will be 44%, one of the highest rates in the world. Canada's business tax rate is 15%, Japan's is 13% and most of the countries we compete with in the global market are less.
Ryan plan would drop small business tax rate to 25% from 33%. Stimulating small business hiring and risk taking.
But the only way to drop the taxes rate, is cut the FEDERAL government's size and spending.
