You are talking from the point of view of Oz culture.
I think if she agrees to the marriage, she would become a Canadian citizen for a start, but should act as his wife properly. She will still be young when he dies, and a Canadian citizen with some inheritance no doubt. But he should treat her well, and make provision for her when he dies. I think this would be a good deal for them both. Nothing is certain in this life and the Happiness of his remaining years are a good trade for her elevation to a good life.

It really makes me sick how some people are exploiting the cultural differences with the excuse "Oh, it is sooo normal in this country". And her family wouldn't be happy with a son-in-law 3 times older than their daughter if he wasn't white and with money.

If she and her family are pressuring you, I would take a step back and really evaluate the big picture. You shouldn't impregnate her just because they're putting pressure on you, that would be stupid of you and wrong!
Your age difference tells me that I don't believe she'll stick with for the long haul. She's so young and doesn't know what she's getting herself into. She has her future ahead and has so much more to learn and experience.
I don't mean to sound so pessimistic, but I believe she'll leave you after the baby comes. She may try to make the relationship work for a couple of years but she will eventually leave you.
