When I was still working in the office due to the pressure of the job I drank anywhere from 3-5 cups of coffee a day. Not working anymore and have but down to 1 cup and sometimes 2 per day.

Awwwwww Toni, I feel for ya hon. When I have surgery I have to stop drinking coffee for 10 days prior. It's very hard to give up the caffeine cause it gives me a weally, weally bad headache

On a health trip so I've kicked any harmful habits such as alcohol, I might have 1 capacino per week, not because it's bad I just not that into it! Drinking plenty of water and feeling much healthier than when I wasn't trying to look after my body.

I used to drink cofee a lot in a day in sweden but wearher get very warm here in summer between 45 to 50 degree so cofee is not much popular in this part of world only in winter some people use it.Yogurt drink is a popular drink here in summer------ This poll is Archived ------
