StillOfTheNight: I never could understand women. I told this one girl I wanted to stick it up her back hole and would you believe she walked away from me!

Antoniacv: Maaaaaaany times...specially when hormones attack, I dont even understand MYSELF ... why would I expect some other human being understands me...
I dont understand EXPECT a man sees things the way I do...But I do expect he respects me and sometimes... that just listens :D
Goodness! I HOPE they dont!!! Women should be adored, admired, loved....always, but understood??? Neva! We work very hard at maintaining that! Dont blow our gig!
You want a man to understand you, then you need to also understand a man....
My fiance and I come from completely different countries and cultures, yet despite the vast differences we could find and the many misunderstandings that we could focus on, our relationship is strong because it is about being ourselves and being loved for who we are. Both of us... accepting that some things in each of us we cannot understand, so instead, we accept....
You want to be understood by your man, then you need to also understand your man. You also need to understand that there are just some things that a man will not understand, and that you will not understand about a man. These things both of you have to accept, and choose to love your partner anyway....
Perhaps its because we need to gain a better understanding of ourselves? To be better able to express and clarify to others around us what we think/feel and where we stand on issues/subjects.
I think part of it as well, is that we are always in a constant cycle of growth and change. Our perspectives on things may alter as we learn something new, or experience new events.
Having those "aha" moments when I've realized something new about myself can be interesting and makes me realize that there is much to learn about myself and others around me. Change can be extremely difficult for me, as I tend to hang onto habits/thoughts ..... doesn't make them right - just makes them about where I'm at in this particular moment of my life.
Can another understand where I am coming from? Hopefully so.
