I couldn't care less about what other women think of me; but most women I've met are very jealous of each other.

No, never been jealous of other women. I would admire openly any other woman for her class, brain and beauty. We have to learn from then, not be jealous.

Some are and it's got to do with being Insecure,and low self esteem.
I would also say competition which usually stems from fighting over a man.
That's why I prefer in being friends with men usually not so much drama if any.

I'm envious, not jealous, of women who have shapely legs.
Anything else about other women is of no interest to me. I don't get along with women in general but I do have one good female friend.
Men make the best friends in my opinion.

Jealousy, on the other hand, involves wanting to hold on to what you do have. You can be jealous of your boyfriend’s attraction to other women, but you’re envious of your boyfriend’s CD collection.

In answer to you question, apparently not. Since i have never been jealous of another female. I'm very pro my gender.
My experience, from a very young age, is that women are their own worst enemy. Most are petty and, especially if with a guy, couldn't be friendly to another female if you paid them! Sad but true.
I like the saying: There's a special place in Hell, for women that don't support other women. The fact that that saying exists, says a lot i think.

Sadly most, not ALL, are. Any female that is insecure, is going to be her own genders worst enemy and if they're with a man even worse. Why would a woman kick another females butt when her guy is the one screwing around on her? Just sayin'... and this has gone on for as long as i can remember, sadly.
Those of us that have encountered the unfriendliness from them, and for no reason other then we may be female, know this all too well.
