Pretty damaging day for Hillary. I think she is screwed
Hillary Clinton's emails on her unsecured, homebrew server contained intelligence from the U.S. government's most secretive and highly classified programs, according to an unclassified letter from a top inspector general to senior lawmakers.
Fox News exclusively obtained the unclassified letter, sent Jan. 14 from Intelligence Community Inspector General I. Charles McCullough III. It laid out the findings of a recent comprehensive review by intelligence agencies that identified "several dozen" additional classified emails -- including specific intelligence known as "special access programs" (SAP).
That indicates a level of classification beyond even “top secret,” the label previously given to two emails found on her server, and brings even more scrutiny to the presidential candidate’s handling of the government’s closely held secrets.
“To date, I have received two sworn declarations from one [intelligence community] element. These declarations cover several dozen emails containing classified information determined by the IC element to be at the confidential, secret, and top secret/sap levels,” said the IG letter to lawmakers with oversight of the intelligence community and State Department. “According to the declarant, these documents contain information derived from classified IC element sources.”
“There is absolutely no way that one could not recognize SAP material,” a former senior law enforcement with decades of experience investigating violations of SAP procedures told Fox News. “It is the most sensitive of the sensitive.”

HIllary did not just have secret stuff on her server. She had super secret stuff on it. The Federal gov't has different level of secrecy.
Hillary had some files from the very highest level of top secret that that government seems to have.
I think that she is sunk. If Obama's DOJ does not file a criminal lawsuit on her, then it is black marks Obama's legacy. Considering how...Petreaus was treated. Now DoD is considering reducing his rank. because of his security breach. Considering how Manning was indicted, court-martialed and prisoned. Considering how bad they want Snowden so badly for treason.....all of these were security breaches.
Allowing Hillary to get away with a major security breach...with a wrist slap or less?? Means Obama administration is totally bias. Historians will have to record it. Down the drain goes Obama's legacy.
Hillary knows it. In the last DNC debate she totally embraced Obama presidency. He could do nothing wrong to her. Cruz said it, Christie said it. So she will be a third term Obama if elected.
Personally I don't think that wins her the Presidency. Obama's approval are at 42% today. That is a very weak 42%. Obama's coalition building to defeat ISIS and alQeada has virtually petered into you do your thing and we will do our thing. And everyone will let the Russian do their thing. There is no central command or leadership in the counter terrorist operations today.
Obama handling of Iran.....well....sank with the capture of the disabled Riverine boats. When the 10 sailors were forced to take knelling position while under Iranian guns. It killed the WH argument that a new day had spawned between Iran and the US with the Nuc deal.
Kerry, Clinton and Obama can spin it anyway that they want to. But the video released by Iran says a lot more. There is no happy face when ou are knelling under a AK-47. It remined the country of the embassy take over.
Everytime alQeada or ISIS strikes in a foreign country or here in the US. Hillary catches some of the flash burns from thier weapons and explosives. The way it is going.....by the fall election.....Hillary is going to charded to a crisp by the violent acts of ISIS and alQeada. The only one that can keep her from being so charded....is one Barack Obama that leads from the back and who has taught her to lead from the back as well.
The country wants a change in course and a change in leadership.....and Hillary is offering the samo samo and has been a political insider since the diansors roamed the planet.

In a statement, Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said, "This is the same interagency dispute that has been playing out for months, and it does not change the fact that these emails were not classified at the time they were sent or received. It is alarming that the intelligence community IG, working with Republicans in Congress, continues to selectively leak materials in order to resurface the same allegations and try to hurt Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.
Clinton's campaign and the State Department have denied that any information was handled improperly, saying that the information and emails in question were all retroactively classified.
State also has noted that the same information can come from multiple sources, not all of which are classified.
