First thing I would not tell him, but I would ask him could I be selfish, if he said I could be. Then I would ask to let my hard work as a writerpay off for me financially.
This is the most important request I would wish: Have the passion to fulfill the Greatest Commandment as described in Matthew and Mark.
Mark 12:28-34 28One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" 29"The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.' 31The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
32"Well said, teacher," the man replied. "You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. 33To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices."
34When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, "You are not far from the kingdom of God." And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.
Matthew 22:37-40 37Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' 38This is the first and greatest commandment.39And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'40All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments."

I would ask that this god prove its existence......
Thanks for asking a very important question. Before attempting to give you an answer, please allow me to give you a brief personal history:
I was a former atheist. I was born and raised Catholic, served as an altar boy since around 9 years old, enrolled in High school in a Minor Seminary for 2 years (a private school for future priests). Years later, I enlisted in the Navy. A few months after discharge, I became an atheist due to teachings of evolution. I hit rock bottom and attempted suicide. Doubt flooded my mind regarding validity of evolution so I made a research about the existence of God. To make a long story short, I arrived in the conclusion that God exists. I do not have enough space here to explain nor do you have the convenience to read such a long response.
Therefore, to make it easier for you, I included a link here from a speaker - also a former atheist and attempted suicide as well - Ravi Zacharias. Like me, he searched for the truth. All over the world, this well-known speaker is sought after in the educational arena including prestigious universities such as Yale, Harvard, Cambridge, etc. He also addressed the United Nations and spoke to several world leaders.
I can sense your honesty about your inquiry (which I can sense that you are), When I took this journey, I didn't know what to expect or any preconceive notions of the facts. Give your curiosity a chance to wander in this horizon. Know the Truth and the Truth shall set you free (Jesus).
i would have to say.......just to have peace love and happiness in the world for a change. there is to much hate pain and dishonesty in the world today, and it is getting worse and worse.
