druidess6308: For poultry, I prefer dark meat. I find white poultry meat too dry and stringy. And I'm making sure I can't be misquoted or misunderstood here.
For tubesteak, I'm not quite as picky, though most of it has been white meat.

Yes white meat is dry and stringy Ha HA HA and smells like wet dog...!!!!
