When an economy goes through a recession, the companies with poor business plans end up either reorganizing their companies, or go bankrupt all together; effectively "trimming the fat" off of the economy, allowing for the companies who competed for business, and had a solid business plan, to absorb the extra business from the company who folded. Once the recession is over, the surviving companies are even stronger than they were before the recession hit.

Obama needed a white man on the ticket. For Racial balance. But he also needed a man on the ticket that would be in charge of the social changes that he would be making in the country. A man that few would consider to traded capitolism for socialism. Biden has been made lead in Health Care reform, economic reform and regulation, and TARP II. Syria is silent and have chosed to stop making trouble for a while and there are rumors a bout a serious need for Syrian government becoming an acceptable member of the world sociaty and by that being able to stop their huge economical problems and being able to make money on tourists who can come there and seeing their great historical places once a gain is the main engine in the peacefull direction.
Iran… well a very very hard place and people there are battling hard to be able to sense the freedom after too many years with monsters on power and I am more than sure that this regim will leave soon because winds of change have even ritched that hard place and iranians have heard it clearly and want to be free and then no body can stop them again!
I am more than sure that during Obama administration the monster regim in Iran will be history exactly as Apartheid was history during Clinton years even almost no body beleived it could ever happen back then.

The head of the CBO (Congressional Budget Office) ....the bi partisan group that did the negative budget projection on the Obama Health Care....was invited to the White House....after which he proceeded to give a new and revised budget estimate on the Obama Health care plan....that did not show any negative effect on the countries deficit but actually made money for the country of some $40b.
He went from a 2 trillion deficit impact (over 10 years) to making
$40b (over 10 years) after a single visit to the Oval Office and a meeting with the enlightened one. Funny things happen in that room these days. The thing I am have a hard time following in the DEM logic here. Is that for every $10b per month going to Iraq....$20b per month was going to Afghanistan and Homeland Security. But that $20b did not cause the economic failure...only the $10b per month going to Iraq did.
Why? Well to DEM logic...the war in Afghanistan is justified one and the homeland security spending was needed to fight terrorism. But we don't have 'terrorism' any more under the Obama policy of don't see and don't talk it. And of course that justified Afghan war does not need troop increases to win. Curious yes?

First of all, your figures are ridiculous.
The total cost of the US wars since 911 (Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan,..) is not 10b.
The wars cost about a billion a week at present.
Back in the initial invasion period it was a billion per day.
There is a running clock of the war expenditures at this site.
At this moment the clock is at 912 billion and counting.
And yes, along with the fact that the US was already broke and in debt to start with, the war costs are what finally brought on the long overdue depression.
The sub-prime situation was just the weak point in the levy.

I won't get into details, but I will say I am now seriously handicapped and dying from a neurological condition that would have been diagnosed and treated many years ago if French doctors weren't pressured to always minimize everything they do.
The assumption is that the patient is always exagerrating, so the doctor assumes his condition is far less serious than the patient thinks it is.
In my case (and many others) the result is that my condition went totally untreated for years and now it is killing me.

Well if things are going worse than hoped then there will be more troops and better techniques to defeat the enemy in afghanistan and Pakistan soon I hope and assume. I beleive Talibanees are feeling a great danger against them and thats why they show up and then they are easier to get for our boys and gilrs who are doing a brave and fabulous job ove rthere.

I think it will be better to increase the amount of support for northern Afghanistan as well as in other parts of the country where the direct battle is going on. When the amount of civil support increases then the hard battle in south will be supported more from afghan people and then the enemy agaisnt us all will be weakened. I beleive more attacks done by drons is better than endangering the lives of our soldiers and of course lost of civilian lives should be avoided.
Well what do I know? I am not a military guy and just know Alqueda is absolutely necessary to defeat and thats why I salute more than 60,000 brave and honorable american troopps and more than 40 tousand troops form other countries in the area with all I am able to.

I beleive Talibanees are feeling a great danger against them and thats why they show up and then they are easier to get for our boys and gilrs who are doing a brave and fabulous job ove rthere.
Still it is more than important that american public specially keep supporting their troops and stop listening to the sad reminins of the horrible Bushney,s regim who now on days have chosed to work indirectly in benefit of Alqueda in Afghanistan and Pakistan just to gain stupied kind of politichal victory for their party in America and by that weakening the morality of brave soldiers who are risking their lives for us all and should be free of thinking a bout some stupid treasury hunters in the States whose main results is weakening of foreign troops in that area and not a damn thing else!
I am right here Sparkey and supporting the troops over there and you who are there should better stay firm behind your president and by that behind your countrymen who are fighting for this great cause and that is to eliminate the danger of more terror agaisnt us all. And if you dont like the heat and do not dare to stay in a battle zone as my self then come home soon, you see? Who knows? I think it will be better to increase the amount of support for northern Afghanistan as well as in other parts of the country where the direct battle is going on. When the amount of civil support increases then the hard battle in south will be supported more from afghan people and then the enemy agaisnt us all will be weakened. I beleive more attacks done by drons is better than endangering the lives of our soldiers and of course lost of civilian lives should be avoided.
Well what do I know? I am not a military guy and just know Alqueda is absolutely necessary to defeat and thats why I salute more than 60,000 brave and honorable american troopps and more than 40 tousand troops form other countries in the area with all I am able to.
Yes... it is a hard battle and the geography of the area makes it more difficult and the enemy over there is hard and strong but still we got the biggest guns and thats why these stupid talibanee AH,s shall learn to show more respect... but still the main need is to make majority of americans specially to understand that the republican party and other supporters of those who are calling them selves a lot names but are repube heads any way... are doing a real favor to Alqueda now on days in the USA and americans should become able to see the inner enemy as well rahter than allowing them selves serduced by those trying to weaken foreign soldiers in Afghanistan just to make Obama administration fail and gaining politchal "victory" for them selves this way!
Shame on those who are not able to get it still and have no brain to get it either!
Really Sparkey... you have been there too long time I beleive and thats why you think too much and need a break from the area. Get back home and gather your thoughts, write a book or some thing because I am sure frustration of the current situation have make you tired and when people are tired they are not able to calm down and thats when catastrophies happening.
