It would be no for the most part. The only surgery I would want (if I do go for it, the surgery is covered) is for health reasons and definitely not cosmetic.

I'm all for head shrinkers, butt shrinkers and anything else that makes a person happy. Personally, I'm a little squeemish about the really invasive stuff, so I don't think I would ever want to do some of it even if I really wanted to. But the little things here and there??? Sure.

I think European women, and men, lag behind a little from the USA in this respect, though it is changing. For this reason I would still say no and accept with fortitude those things I wish were different in my appearance. 
There seems to be an addictive quest for youthfulness which no amount of surgery can truly bring about. Look at the hands of an old person who has the face or tummy....whatever, of a person twenty years younger as a result of cosmetic surgery.
I´m trying to grow old gracefully, making the best of what I have. If that isn´t good enough for a man, then two fingers to you!

Well noses I can understand, and I don´t really see that as cosmetic surgery in the sense of trying to look younger.
Get rid of the boxing gloves and preserve your new nose.

I think we all have some bit of us which we feel is to big or small etc. so sure if money was not an object why not get that spot removed or that annoying bit of fat that will never go away no matter how hard you try.

Look it all heading one way in the end anyway and that's downwards. I wouldn't be wasting all that nice cash on no surgery when I could think of hundreds of other ways to spend it. Plus I hate hospitals, I hate needles, I hate pain - highly unlikely I'll be going in for some nip and tuck. If it aint broke why fix it.

I had surgery on my eyelids two weeks ago. It was for medical reasons (yes, I swear it's true). But I must admit that looking younger is really enjoyable.

Awesome. I think I would do the liposuction thing and the cabana boy thing too. Now all I have to do is become filthy rich.
