Okay.. No.. Let me explain. This is a matter of language. When the government talks about "Church", that means any religious belief, religious buildings (mosque, synagogue or church or temple, etc). The word "church" refers to ANY religious belief and anything that has anything to do with religion.
I guess many people do not know that. They think the word church literally means a christian church. It does not.
The constitution says that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . . ."
That means that government cannot, should not and will not interfere.
IF however inside a church, mosque, temple, etc. they were teaching terrorism or encouraged people to commit crimes, then government will interfere because that has nothing to do with religion anymore.
If this pastor told his people to go out and kill muslims, he would go to jail.
