Rob Emanuel is gone....off to make a run for the Mayor of Chicago. Rouse is the intrimin Chief of Staff and likely successor. I wish the employees of Chicago well, if Emanuel becomes their mayor.....just remain calm as he fire breathes on you. He only singes hair on Tuesday and Thursdays. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, he can melt snow on the side walks for you during winter time. So just put him to good use....

Only one way to look at going from a steady job in the White House to a maybe job in Chicago....it is a demotion. But Washington did not have much purpose for Emanuel any longer, with the REP and Tea Party coming to majority in Congress.

They were not going to be fire breathed on a Obamanite. It was to late in the mid terms for Emanuel to place his hat into the ring for a Senate or REP seat...so poor old Chicago gets him back.

Just to show how poorly and unexpected this was. Emanuel was renting his house in Chicago. Now returning, he asked the renter to vacate. The renter said no, I have a lease for a longer stay. So every one is saying 'no' to Rob Emanuel.

I don't know much about Rouse. But if he does not make the sectretaries cry and can get Tea Party and REP legislation to the desk of the President, he is fine with me. Getting the President to sign the said legislation might be another thing. I have a feeling that the Presidential veto is soon to get use again.

Anyways this should improve the Obama White House sound levels and make it safe again for groups of Americans to visit with their children. One can smile at the thought of the small people returning to a sound safe and explicit free White House.

Over in border region of Afghan/Pakistan...the key route for US/NATO military convoys was shut down by the Paksitani government. This led to a halt of the convoys. Some that were then set ablaze by Taliban.

The Pakistani shut the road down after a NATO helo engaged a Pakistani border outpost, killing three border guards. A NATO investigation is on going.

This cannot help the US/NATO operation Anaconda in the region. Offensive military operations require a constant flow of fuel and munitions. So Pakistan again shows a support for the alQeada and Taliban in the region.
By closing down this road at this time.

In Pakistan, the growing Pakistani populace cry to the government from the is....if they fight a war with US/NATO or fight a war against US/NATO.
No one seems to be answering the question very well...not in Washington or Islamabad.

Better check you terms of office in the Pakistani Constitution, fellows....because I think he really means...to come back as President or Prime Minister. This because he also said that the Pakistani military strongest is institution in the country. He led Pakistan by heading the military.

And then we have another bin Laden tape. This time bin Laden is saying that a 'well funded' humanitarain group should be organized for the Muslim world. The Muslim countries spend more on their militaries than they do on human aid. Why do they spend so much on the militarys?
Maybe because bin Laden's alAeada is blowing thing up!

But bin Laden comments take me to two different places. First the Saudi purchase of $60b in weapons....likely to for use against Iran. And to the UN Millinnium bill. The 'well funded' humanitairn aid program.
We know that President Obama was a the drafter of the American legislation for the UN resolution, that would bring trillions of US dollars to the UN and to 3rd world countries. Over a indefinite period of time. Only 1/3 of the Millinnuem bill for a UN peace keeping forces.

That bin Laden doesnot like the idea of. So it is give us the money honey but spare us the law and order. Let me and my alQeada gang do our thing on those defenseless holders of western aid money.

Again bin laden is hawking for a middle eastern country. Just as he did for Sadam Hussien's Iraq. Now it is for Iran, that does not want to see Persian Gulf countries with military forces that are well equiped in western military gear.

Pretty scarey events in deed and I surely hope that the Pakistani government begins to think more and finding out on who,s side they really are any way. Pakistan is too influenced by Alqueda and Taliban thing and we are talking a bout a very hard place to cooporate with...

I beleive concidering the huge environmental disaster which have caused that country real economical problems... it is rahter important helping them getting cheap loans from world bank for being able to control the mad crowd some how. When ever a country is troubled... forces of darkness and stupidity can gain more influence if goeverments are not able to or willing to weaken those by helping people in need.

How long do you think that those huge corporate fines would be contested in court? McDonalds has sold enough burgs to hire the best attroneys in the country. A good corp law firm would love to challenge the US government on a case like this.

The FED gov't cannot act a agent for a individual or for a union. If those McDonald workers have a union. They can file claim for breach of contract. But it would go thru a labor court to decide.

If McDonalds thinks that Obama care has driven thier corp policies up in cost...and can prove it in court.....then the FED government might have to recluse itself from the hearings. With the filings of some 20 state government that Obama care is unconstitutional, McDonalds can take that route in litigation.

End all agruement...McDonalds is not a organization of the Federal Government. It is a American Corporation acting under the commericial code of the United States. So it does not have to take orders from the Obama Administration. Was McDonalds consulted when Obama care was passed? No. But Obamacare has driven up the insurance rates that McDonalds has to pay. Obamacare is like a tax....without representation, on the American small, mid and big Corporation.

Why a tax? Because the revenue of Obamacare go to the General Fund of the government, just like taxes do. Only instead of the IRS administrating the tax, HUD is administrating a health coverage plan and charging for policies.

Well, I'd gamble the health care law will be struck down. I'd put good money on that one.

Anddddddddd, if not...Republicans won't fund it in the next session. Since they'll be in the majority in the House (where spending is initiated) ObummerCare is DOA.

What interesting about OBL asking for a funds for Muslim countries to help with natural disasters.....is ever see OBL cut a check or make a donation to Muslim relief fund? To his men, he was very generous, said his wife in her book "Growing up bin Laden".

But she does not say anything about his generosity to Muslims or for that matter any others. Just Muslim male fighters got attention and reward from OBL.

Dude has been attempting to convert Americans to liberal European ideology for over three years now. Not that it has gotten him very far.

The wave that is coming to Tea Party and REP canidates victories in Nov's mid term...is not settling well in Europe right now. Everytime they think of it, they get PEDs. (Post Election Depressions).

Since we are talking about burning books.....guess who just burned 9500 of them? Obama's DoD just burned the first edition of "Operation Dark Heart" by Lt. Col Shaffner.

Seems the DoD was concerned about sensitive material and espionage methods being released in it. The publisher turned around 3 days later and did 50,000 copies. So unless DoD wants to be collecting books from
bookstores all over the globe, when it has much bigger security issues to be concerned with. They need to cut this nonsense out. Obama should have never let it happen. He is POTUS and Commander in Chief.

As much as you can think that political correctness and heavy handed tactics can keep a subject a secret or from public view....it does not work into today's net driven society. All this did was make Shaffner work required reading by every Jhadist and Terrorist coordinator in the world.

Democracy depends on the flow of honest information. It can stand to take a little beating once in while. And it can get into muck racking even. Do I like it? No. But it has been part of Democracy since its conception.

I beleive it is very good Emanuel is gone and want to try becoming mayor instead. So why did we do TARP II for another $895b? Just for practice? LOL...

Here is why.

I spoke to a VP of a major insurance firm two night ago. You know insurance, health care and politics. The kind of conversation that if you stay in it over 15 minutes everyone is angry. We talked for 45 minutes on insurance and parted knowing allot more. And yes he is a TEA Party and supporting Rubio.

But eventually we got to the TARPs. You need to remember that TARP II only about 15% has been spent. The rest still lays there being part of the deficit and being interest making.

What he said...was that they was Obama's slush fund. A sum of money that the DEMs and Obama could tap anytime they needed to. A combination of contingency, emergency, earmarks, and safe funds that they might need in the future.

So why with nearly $600B of TARP II sitting there, why press and intimidate BP for $20b for the clean up? Heck DEM had the funds sitting there. Why make it a big political issue? The photo opts work allot better when you are 'serving the people' and 'knocking down' the bad guy. Prespection, Dude.....prespection.

Obama sits there with most of TARP II sitting in the his budget....and he cannot do a mortgage bailout program....with 940,000 house being foreclosed monthly....he gives only $40b to small business.....the country employment generator....and he cuts out $420b from Medicare and Medicaide....and he sells out near $800b T-Bills to the Chinese.

Oh well it ends in January of next year with the new Congress......
